Backups are handled for you, giving you total peace of mind. They are included at no additional cost with all plans and run automatically every night to secure, remote storage. Best of all, you are always in control: you can easily view and restore your backups independently right from your Client Area.
Absolutely! We provide you with total freedom and control over your server environment. If the OS you need isn’t in our standard list, you can easily boot a custom ISO directly from your Client Area to install any operating system you choose.
At this time, we do not offer the option to order additional IP addresses. We ensure you’re well-equipped with the basics, as every VPS already includes one IPv4 address and a comprehensive IPv6 block.
Yes, we guarantee uptime. We are committed to reliability, which is why our SLA promises monthly uptime. If we ever fail to meet that standard, service credits will be provided to compensate you for the disruption.

Non applichiamo alcuna restrizione al volume di traffico scambiato. In caso di anomalie nell’utilizzo di banda (ad esempio in caso di compromissione della VPS) ci riserviamo il diritto di limitare la capacità.
I backup, inclusi gratuitamente in tutti i piani, vengono eseguiti automaticamente ogni notte su storage remoto. Dall’area clienti è possibile visualizzare e ripristinare i backup in piena autonomia.
Sì, tramite l’area clienti è possibile avviare la propria ISO.
Al momento non è possibile ordinare IP aggiuntivi. Incluso in ogni VPS forniamo 1 IPv4 e una classe /64 IPv6.
L’uptime garantito è del 99.9%.
